Our olive oil is a superior one, obtained from harvesting olives directly from the tree, cold pressed and unfiltered.
The extra virgin olive oil coming from the hills of Romagna is an oil of great value, with excellent organoleptic qualities, yet little known and appreciated for its true nature.
This oil is coming in an emerald green colour with golden hues.
Smelling it we find the aroma of fruit and hints of herbs and vegetables, while in the mouth it leaves a slightly bitter and spicy pleasant mood.
